- Contact Sophie within 5 days of receiving the artwork.

- Provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request, including any supporting evidence such as photographs.

- Your request will be reviewed and may require additional information if necessary.


3. Refund Options:

If your refund request is approved, we offer the following options:

- Replacement: We can arrange for a replacement artwork to be sent to you, subject to availability.

- Store Credit: We can issue you a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the artwork, which can be used towards future purchases.

- Refund: If a replacement or store credit is not suitable, we can provide a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.


4. Return of Artwork

We require the return of the artwork before processing a refund. We will provide you with instructions on how to safely return the artwork. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.


5. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

- Commissioned or custom-made artworks.

- Artworks that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

- Artworks that have been used, displayed, or handled in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

- Artworks purchased during a sale or at a discounted price


6. Timeframe for Refunds:

Once your refund request is approved and the artwork is returned (if required), we will process the refund within 30 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
